Out of love for delay is a project with street artists from the Bayonne area in France, Fab, Elli and Claude. Special guests were Chandra and Claude’s Dachshund. In a spontaneous session situation we created a recording situation that resembled that of a studio recording situation , that the four musicians could each hear the master mix through headphones, in which the acoustic guitars and the percussion (which consisted exclusively of a wooden box) were provided with a reverb. The saxophone and the vocals had their own chain of effects in which mainly delays came into play. In the room created as a result, consisting of acoustic instruments paired with effects, room support microphone for the ambience, good monitoring, the following recordings were made, those in post-production only the proportions of the acoustic elements of the guitars have been increased.
How do I find a nice spontaneous improvised story with a good dynamic and a nice southern flair. No wonder, it was 35 degrees in the shade.
